Please note: The first delivery will be in March 2026 (the full delivery or pickup dates will be emailed to you every first week of the month) in Ottawa or Montréal.

We do not offer return or refunds for our subscriptions. We offer replacements bouquets with any proof e-mailed within 24 hours after delivery or pick-up.

If you wish to cancel your subscription please contact us by e-mail.
Our subscriptions are debited from your credit card a month in advance and available for pick-up or delivery the month after (please select at checkout). I.e. pay in February for a delivery or pick-up in March.
Any payment declined from the credit card on file will automatically cancel the subscription. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to provide your new credit card's information :)
